We will manage your listings, secure your renters, prepare your RV for departure, perform a detailed walk through to the renter, provide assistance while they are on their trip, then dump/clean to do it all over again! We will also perform minor repairs, conduct or coordinate preventative maintenance, and arrange any needed larger repairs. All you do is collect the money!

RVs are expensive. Many have a monthly loan payment, but it does not end there. There is also insurance, maintenance and storage fees to consider. When you are enjoying a family vacation, these expenses may seem justified… similar to a hotel you may stay at. However, if your RV sits, taking up space, those expenses seem wasteful. What if we can help you recoup those expenses, but you can still use your RV whenever you would like? That is a WIN-WIN!

Your RV - Your Rules

We have been renting for 3 years and have determined some “ground rules” for our RV, however you may have different rules! We are a dog family ourselves and could not imagine not taking our dog on a trip, therefore of course dogs are welcome… with a fee! Some of my favorite guests have gone to music festivals, races at Daytona Speedway, or tailgating for sports games. We allow for these activities; however we have additional deposits required. We will work with you to determine what works best for you.

Maintenance

We will track your RV usage and ensure your RV is up to date on any preventative maintenance love and care. This includes oil changes, fluid cap offs, tire rotation, etc. We will coordinate those maintenance concerns to keep your RV tip top shape and ready for the road. Let’s be honest, repairs will be required throughout your rental journey. RV’s are not manufactured well and they are easily “broken”. Increased use (whether by you or a renter) will increase maintenance issues. We will inspect your RV thoroughly after each rental. We are capable of minor repairs ourselves and have great relationships with a few repair shops if something is out of our hands. What is most important…. If a renter damages your RV, we will work with the renter and the rental platform to get all repairs paid for to ensure no out of pocket expenses or hassles for you.

We have spent many hours researching the business to maximize profits, as well ensuring happy guests. This starts from creating the perfect listing for your RV and updating it as the times change. We provide quick and friendly answers to questions. We have a detailed checklist to prepare the RV for the next guest. We then provide an extensive walk-through to educate each guest on how to operate the RV. We are available 24/7 to answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout their trip. Then perform thorough inspections when the RV returns. You have nothing to be concerned with… just sit back and wait for $$ to hit your bank account!
